Hi, Everyone.  I joined the Children's Learning Place team in 2013.  I have degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology with studies in Early Childhood Education.  I began working with children in 2007, but soon after, realized the impact I can make on my community by aiding the growth and development of children.  The opportunity to influence a child's life, shape who they are becoming, and help make a difference with their families is deeply rewarding.

Before joining CLP leadership, I taught a variety of age groups to include a variety of Preschool classrooms and Pre-Kindergarten.

On a personal note, I am from a small town in Arkansas.  I love to eat fried okra and I have two dogs; Mya and Marley.  I am blesses to have an amazing family and fabulous friends.  In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my nieces and nephews, traveling, reading and watching sports.

Hello, my name is Ms. Christine, and I am truly honored to serve as the Director of Lakeview Children's Learning Place.  As a proud mother of six wonderful children and an educator with a Master's in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Child Development, I’ve dedicated my life to nurturing young minds and supporting families through these most important early years.

Since joining Children's Learning Place in 2013, I’ve been driven by a deep passion for creating environments where every child feels seen, valued, and inspired to learn. I believe early childhood education is not just about preparing children for school—it’s about building the foundation for lifelong curiosity, confidence, and compassion.

Every classroom moment matters—each smile, question, and discovery shapes the story of who our children will become. My goal is to lead with heart, ensuring that every child experiences the joy of learning in a space filled with warmth, creativity, and belonging.

I look forward to getting to know each family who walks through our doors and am honored to be a part of your child’s early learning journey. Together, we'll help them grow, explore, and shine to their fullest potential!
